Age?
Have you been in any other clan?
Do you have experience on The VOID?
How much freelancer do you play a week?
What time-Zone are you?
Do you enjoy PvPing, Trading, or killing NPC's?
Do you think you'll make a good position in the -[VLF]- clan?


etc..

LOOK ur not even in the clan so why dont u go deal with ur clan instead of telli9ng me how to run ours.
